My practice specializes in client-centred psychotherapy, emotion focused, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and mindfulness based interventions.
I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, work stress/burnout, acute and/or chronic illness (cancer, sickle cell disease, cystic fibrosis) as well as psychiatric illnesses (bi-polar disorder and psychosis).
I offer virtual, in-person sessions as well as phone sessions.
